Oversized Item Delivery
If you are looking to purchase a large piece of furniture through our website, ahead of checking out, please email us first at hello@pastlives.studio to get a personalized shipping quote. Be sure to include your full shipping address, and phone number. We will work to get you a quote through a third party delivery service or white glove delivery service within 48 hours. 

Local Delivery Throughout New York City
Third company delivery companies charge within the range of $100 - $275 depending on the product weight, material, and delivery details (distance, elevator versus walk-up, etc). Please email us to receive a delivery quote and specify if your building is a walk-up or if it is elevator operated. Once pricing has been accepted and confirmed, we will send you a separate invoice for shipping. We will work as the liaison between you and the third party shipping company to coordinate delivery timing. Should the item being trucked experience any damage, as a courtesy, Past Lives Studio will continue to work as the liaison between the buyer and the delivery service to attempt to remedy the issue to the best of our ability. 

Parcel Shipments
Items shipped with UPS andFedex will be insured with shipping carriers, and it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim should an item go missing or become damaged during shipment.
